The description says these Sandwich cookies have a mild Chocolate Cream center filling. The cookie is very airy and crumbles easily and melts in my mouth. The mild Chocolate creme filling was a bit bitter to me and had a strange flavor, like it was made with cream cheese. I am not much for bitter chocolates or cream cheese flavors.
