Added this on to a recent order, when I ordered it didn't say it was a rescue candy bag, just a surprise candy bag, I intended to keep it to one side for an upcoming celebration so was a little disappointed when it arrived and dates were all within a couple of days. Wouldn't of order had it been advertised at the time as a rescue candy bag. Bag contains a good selection of items though, not yet been tried so can not comment on taste. More savoury than I thought there would be but they still look good. Not sure I feel it is good value for money though because of the short dates. I'm torn on if I would recommend, it's a great idea and lots of items, if I had been purchasing aware of the short dates then I may have felt differently. Packaging is so cute though, opening the parcel and finding the heart shaped styrofoam and heart bubble wrap protecting all the items I had ordered was a lovely touch. Delivery was much faster than expected too to the UK, seemed to be no delays!
I bought this item for the first time and I was really surprised by the variety of snacks, both sweet and salty, that were inside. I really enjoyed the taste of Japan snacks. Thank you!
I was excited to try all the things in the bag. I was open to trying each thing at least once to see if I liked it. I wound up liking everything a lot, and there was only one small bag of candy that I wasn't as into as the rest, but there was so much more in the bag than I was expecting, so it didn't matter since I liked everything else. It also happened to arrive right before I was gifting a friend a birthday gift, and they love candy, and some of the bags in this had each piece individually wrapped inside it's own bag, so I was able to add some candy to their gift!
